Client Need
The client is one of the largest ceramics’ brands in the world. Specializing in ceramic, gres porcelain wall, floor tiles & sanitaryware at 16 state-of-the-art plants across the United Arab Emirates, India, Bangladesh, and Iran. Due to interactions between different branches, the client wanted to refresh all branches to a cloud-based system to reduce the wasted time from using different systems.
The Solution
Converted all instances (UAE, INDIA & Bangladesh) into SAP S/4 HANA and subsequently Consolidated all SAP instances into one SAP S/4 HANA instance thereby ensuring uniform harmonized processes with Single SAP instance.
