SAP has been implemented since 2005. Since then, multiple takeovers of businesses caused a structural change in processes. SAP application was supporting business requirements in multiple regions of India and USA & UK with 5 legal entities.
The initial SAP application covered standard SAP ECC, SAP BI, SAP IP / BPC. It did not account for the acquisitions after the SAP implementation.
