What would you do?

• Develop great enterprise solutions and experience building B2B apps

• Actively define the architecture strategy around frameworks, technologies and infrastructure aligned to the client and enterprise strategy.

• Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes that can be used to demonstrate the impact of technology in realising the objectives for our end client and their vision.

• Evolve the architecture, adhere to milestones, and deliver in a dynamic environment while working with multiple stakeholders

• Build a close-knit team of passionate engineers in ARGES GLOBAL, and work closely with the extended Partner teams to identify and define business problems

• Seamlessly stitch technologies with processes to enhance client and ARGES GLOBAL ecosystem experience

• Deliver high-quality product to agreed milestones via Agile methodology.

Who we’re looking for:

• At least 8~10 years of total experience in the Technology space with 6 years managing large deliveries and teams and Project Management experience. Experience of having worked in AI/ML/IPA/NLG/ Data Science / Advanced Analytics/ Deep Learning of at least 6 years

• Hands-on technical expert – with at least 2 -3 years in Product Development, 2 years in Project Management and 3 to 5 years of Presales / Solution Architect.

• Hands-on Experience with Languages & Frameworks like – Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, etc. Frameworks like – Angular, Spring, Django, Node.js, Vue.js, etc.

• Should have been in leadership roles and has mentored teams towards successful development, deliveries and team building

• Should have dealt with real-life use cases of Automation based solutions for the industry in at least one major domain like BFSI or Manufacturing.

• Past experience as a professionally employed team leader / self-employed/ entrepreneur or similar roles successfully building Automation solutions for enterprises and B2B clients.
